02 June 09Bureau Veritas Italia will organize next 10th June a cocktail by Hotel Sheraton Diana Majestic in Milano (from 7 pm) to launch Green Rating in Italy.
A great opportunity to meet with the key contributors of the Green Rating initiative including AEW Europe, AXA REIM, GE Real Estate Europe, ING REIM.
The new methodology aims to provide a consistent cross-border rating tool for existing buildings, assessing their overall environmental performace, either at an assess level or at porfolio level.
